I had the same problem last time i lodged the 90 day report on line (via their website). When i went to the immigration to lodge it the immigration officer pointed out the written rule for lodging it via the internet and it clearly stated that it needs to be lodged from 15 to 7 days prior the due date. I tried to lodge it 5 days before the due date and i was told and shown the new rule (Surin State immigration). I think this is a new regulation recently adopted.
Thanks again Tod. I went to the immigration today and got my report in without any problems (took 5 minutes but the drive there and back 5 hours) . They told me that my logging was too late and therefore not approved. I know now what to do next time.
Thanks Tod. I was afraid that would be the case as i have a return trip of 250 km to make now. I will ask the immigration as to the reason for not approving my online report.
Hi Tod, i submitted my 90 days online this morning (it was due on 2 September) but the immigration sent me an email telling me that it has not been approved. It is my first online report but not the first ( i have sent it by mail for the last 2 years without any problems)
