FYI TM47 (90 day report)

I tried to do a 90 day report via the internet, but today it didn't want to work for some reason. Pop-up advised to contact local Immigration office. Mine's due on 25 October however, the last report was submitted and accepted the day before due date. Has anyone else had the same issue.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user reported difficulties in submitting their 90-day immigration report online due to a malfunction with the system. They mentioned their report is due on October 25, highlighting that previous submissions were accepted just before the due date. Several commenters shared their experiences of similar issues, offering troubleshooting tips including using specific browsers, turning off pop-up blockers, and the importance of using the correct format for dates and identification numbers. It's noted that 90-day reports can generally be filed online from 15 days before to the exact due date, and if problems persist, submitting in person may be necessary.

This isn't a computer support group, so I'm shutting this down. To do a 90 day report, you'll use one of the following three programs:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - *including* any "data saving" applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

Good luck!

It never worked for me. Mine is due on the 28th -- i tried to do it from the laptop, ipad, phone.. all I get is a complete white page or a white page and the message to contact the immigration office. I also tried to install the app for android, but i cannot even register to it because i get the error message that the typed email addresses don't match...

I had the same problem last time i lodged the 90 day report on line (via their website). When i went to the immigration to lodge it the immigration officer pointed out the written rule for lodging it via the internet and it clearly stated that it needs to be lodged from 15 to 7 days prior the due date. I tried to lodge it 5 days before the due date and i was told and shown the new rule (Surin State immigration). I think this is a new regulation recently adopted.

the rule is on the website for the 90 day report and has been there since March 2020.

You can report online from 15 days before down until the exact due date

yes i know about it. But the Surin immigration office have a different one to this and that was the reason for not being approved in September.

Try this method should work. Well it worked for me anyways. Go to the Immigration site fill out your details. Submit. Then after the confirmation comes by email. Use the reference number from the Immigration site in the mobile app to get the print out. Cause the print out doesn't work in the Immigration site. And the mobile app doesn't works with the application form submission. Weird I know. So I tried it this way. Got the job done. That's all that matters. And yes you have to do it 15 or 7 days prior or 7 days after. I am not sure. I always do 15 days prior. Good luck.

Sometimes it just doesn't work. Try again a few hours later or the next day.

use the online web portal NOT the mobile application

turn off pop up blocker, turn off auto fill, turn off auto translate (if you have any of those on your browser) fire fox is the most stable but it will work with Chrome, Edge, IE, and Safari too.

use the calendar to pick dates, remember your TM6 Departure card is two letters and 5 numbers (those O's and 0's and I's and 1's can look the same)

should work, as the new window for online 90 day reports is from 15 days before right on up to the due date.

after you did the last one online you printed the receipt that shows when your next report is due right?
