Good evening,

I've been trying to do the 90 days report online through internet explorer, firefox and chrome and through the mobile application with the same result and getting two different messages. Through my browser I get the following message: For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area.

The following message appears on the mobile application: permit data on your passport must not overstay otherwise you can contact the immigration branch office in your resident area

Notification must be made by December 9 so I am within the required period. The two times I have made the notification was in person.

Does anyone know of a solution to make the notification online?

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is experiencing difficulties with the 90-day notification report system in Thailand, receiving various error messages when trying to submit online through different browsers and the mobile application. Comments suggest several troubleshooting steps, including ensuring correct input, disabling pop-up blockers, and using the correct forms of identification. There's a consensus that, despite these efforts, some users may still be required to report in person due to past issues with the online system or changes in personal status, such as passport updates. Some users also mentioned their successful experiences and alternative submission methods.

I don't see the point in keeping this post open. If anyone disagrees, please send a mod a message, and we can reopen it.

If you want to try using the online system, you can use one of the following applications:

Immigration web-portal [best option];

Android eServices application;

iPhone eServices application;

If it doesn't work, you'd have to do it in person. Good luck

Same for me in Surin. The immigration told me that their website had problems and works sometimes. Had to do it in person twice now.

Those people in Surin just made up a "website no good, hab probum" b/s answer. it's fine, it works country wide and ALL the offices can use it IF they want to.

Try mail... works just great and saves a trip.

yes iknow as i did it numerous times before. But this time (X2) i only had 10 days to lodge it

for me, I think it was narrowed down to the fact I got a new passport but my TM7 card (I think it'd called) when I entered the country was on my old passport. Have you changed passport?

New passport has a different passport number. Updates have to be done in person.

Nothing changed. Odd.

that was just my experience as to why the online wouldn't work. I thought maybe you could have been the same. It's a pain to have to travel all the way down to Muang Thong for a 2 min job but at least I guess its only once every 3 months

I had been doing it online for years then suddenly it stopped worked. No information had changed and was doing nothing different. Did all the troubleshooting mentioned above several times but no luck. Been doing it in person last 3 times.

Even with all the troubleshooting, it's also possible the online system just won't work for you for some reason. It happened to me (same error message) and I had to go in person to Muang Thong Thani to file my 90 days.

If the 90 day online report system does not work, AND you’re between the due date and 15 days prior to the due date, AND you already filed one 90 day report in person, AND you didn't change your passport or moved, there are some troubleshooting techniques you can use to try and get the system to work for you.

1. Make sure you’re filling in the information, and only the information, requested.

2. Make sure you are keying in the date and month correctly

3. Turn off any pop-up blockers

4. Turn off any auto-translate

5. Turn off any VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that you may be using - including any data saving applications

6. If you’re using one of the applications, use the web-based system

7. If you’re using the web based system, try using a different browser and clear the cache.

8. Make sure your web browser isn’t automatically filling in the forms.

9. Make sure you aren’t confusing “O”(Oh) with “0” (zero)

10. If you’re keying your date manually, try using the drop-down date selection box

If the system still doesn’t work, then you may need to file it in person.

I moved and gave another address into the system and it worked. Did it yesterday. Besides you can't change passport number also. Make sure flight number is correct

Already checked everything and still having the same error message. I suppose i will have to file it in person

Let's start with the standard answers as we also have to guess the reason why something went wrong:

Pop up blocker, add blockers, VPN is not active, translate is not active. Did you change address since last time, did you get a new passport since last time.

Have you done in person? You have to do one in person, then you can do future ones online.
