Hi guys, I totally messed up our first attempt at 90 day reporting! So I sent all our documents by registered post to immigration in Bangkok AND I sent our original passports.....I've just realised that we are most definitely not supposed to have sent our original passports.....
So, should I go to immigration in Chaengwattana tomorrow to try and retrieve them or can I send an agent on our behalf to retrieve them?
Any advice on how to salvage this situation would be much appreciated!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A user mistakenly sent their original passport along with documents for the 90-day reporting in Thailand and is seeking advice on how to retrieve it. Community members suggest visiting the immigration office in person, as the first 90-day report generally requires personal appearance. There are also inquiries about sending an agent to collect the passport and recommendations for agencies that could assist.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Serviceto get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
that is pretty much impossible, as any agent will not have access to the separate room mail-in 90 day reports are processed. It is not the same section A that in person 90 day reports are done, and where agents have access to. Just hope and pray they mail the passports back to you. That is your only option at this point.
If the status show successful delivered you can send someone to request for doc. Your parcel would be registered when imm office received. But not sure if they are gonna register your parcel when they received immediately or few days later.
