you need a letter of Resudency issued by immigration. Ask at the bank. They will tell you. What the requirements are.

yes that is what I said. It is never the less a visa. They record your entry and issue you what is effectively a visa on arrival. They do not just let you in willy nilly. They record a facial recognition photo and a finger print scan. On most cases if flying in the passenger list is forwarded ahead of time.
