Yes, that was a typo, thanks. So, they might have an issue with me even though some of the previous visas are years old?

I figured I'd have to wait for morning for any response. Thanks for replying with your input. :)

That wasn't my question. I need to know if they're using the computer to see recent visits (preferable) or if they just count all the stickers, ignore that some are from years ago, and give me crap about it.

Chiang Mai. I decided to just take all the info I have.

What a pain. I guess I'll have to scan the copies I have so as not to annoy the landlady or just have my mother stay in a hotel.

So, if I'm in Chiang Mai renting a house and a friend visiting stays with me, I (as the lease holder) can go to immigration with the friend to file the TM30. Do I need the full set of paperwork from the landlord or will a copy of my lease suffice?

I might also add that the "valid until" date tends to matter more on the 6 month multi-entry tourist visa. (Unless procedure has changed very recently) If you return from your third border run before the "valid until" date has passed, you will get an additional 60 day entry stamp. This allows the 6month METV to be good for nearly 9 months.

is the "house book" the same as the "Housing Registration" of the building used by the Tenant's address (my house) (สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของอาคารที่ใช้เป็นสำนักงานมูลนิธิ)

I'm working directly with the landlord so I have to do the paperwork myself unfortunately.
