I thought I'd share the information sent to me by the school I'm applying for ED visa with. They had another student denied their ED visa application at the Thai embassy in Hanoi (yesterday or today).  The applicant was given this printout by the embassy.

Always a few who make problems for the rest. I understand its hard to weed out the scammers and schools. Maybe start with the schools who do this first.
