Possibly signing a lease for a house rental tomorrow in Chiang Mai. Once I move in what's the general procedure for reporting to Immigration in CM and what form do I need to get (can I print/fill it beforehand)? And I have to report the same way again when I leave the country and come back in? Last time I rented a house here, this was a non-issue so I've never done it. If someone has a link to the info, I'd be really grateful.
Also, on a slightly different note, I'm switching from a SETV to a non-B soon. I'll have to do 90day non-Bs a couple times before I get the full one year multi-entry. Which consulate do people recommend for this type of visa (90day non-B)?
Thanks in advance. :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
When signing a lease for a house rental in Chiang Mai, you need to report your new address to Immigration using the TM30 form. It's advisable to fill out this form beforehand, and be sure to include a copy of your ID card (front and back) and the housebook from your landlord. After reporting, you'll receive a slip in your passport that must be updated whenever you leave Thailand and return. If you're switching from a SETV to a Non-B visa, and will need to do 90-day Non-Bs multiple times, local expats recommend checking with your realtor for assistance or visiting a consulate that handles such visas efficiently.

is the "house book" the same as the "Housing Registration" of the building used by the Tenant's address (my house) (สำเนาทะเบียนบ้านของอาคารที่ใช้เป็นสำนักงานมูลนิธิ)
I'm no expert here but I asked my house realtor agent to do this for me and she brought me my paper after the first payments were paid. I suggest you try that first
