As I said, I am trying to find a good place to retire and I want to visit these places to see, so I am not sure how long I will stay in Bangkok and where would be the nest destination, maybe Philippines or Vietnam or Portugal, it will all depend on my feelings at that time, so now I must do a plan? Buying tickets? Saying 30 days in Thailand and 20 days in Vietnam? Not feeling good being forced to, I am not sure if should visit these famous islands in Thailand or just stay in Bangkok, not sure if I can buy a train ticket to Vietnam will work as someone suggested
