Can someone who had o-x visa detail the process?

1. Get into Thailand with tourist visa

2. Open a Thailand bank account and deposit $30000

3. Wait after 3 months and then go to apply

4. I read need health certificate, can I do it in Thailand?

5. Can I transfer money from my chase bank to Thailand bank account directly?

6. How to approve your pension or 401 K or social security ? Statements are enough ?

I am from the US. I am 60 years old and not qualify for social security yet but i have half a million 401 k and savings .

I've never heard of anyone actually using the non-OX visa except Australians when one of the embassies there made it easy.
