If you worry about getting into the country, just pay an agent to do VIP services and no hassle anymore. I never understand why anyone would put up with... just to save a but of money.

The taxmongers are all expats. Thais don't pay income tax. Just don't fall for their phobia.

Just hire an agent and you have no more problems...but since you want to save a few Baht he doesn't appreciate that...

Just get the DTV and you won't have problems with requirements anymore...anyways they don't like foreigners marry their girls... So no more stupid interrogations...

Just check the agent's facebook page. The good ones all post pictures about the services they have done for their clients. It should be pretty obvious that they are legit. Stay away from anyone who has no social profile. I have never had any problems. It's pretty normal to use those services in Thailand. In fact, it seems the government agencies are encouraging since this is how their meager salary gets a boost...

I have had agents for years... but not for opening an account. But with agents, you can get a lot of things done in the fast lane when it comes to bureaucracy. That's just how Thailand, or SEA in general works.

Just pay an agent they will do it - shouldn't cost more than 6k.
