No you don’t understand how it works .Any uk income comes under PAYE and you cantopt out of that .All the millionaires who live in say Monaco etc don’t earn under PAYE system so can choose where to be tax resident .Double tax is nothing to do with this

When I did my extension the IO asked for a copy of my Evisa although it’s not listed in the documents required.So I would print off 2 or 3 just in case
