The conversation offers insights into obtaining a Thai car license via online courses, particularly highlighting the official DLT e-learning platform. Users share their experiences and recommend visiting https://www.dlt-elearning.com/ for course completion, emphasizing the need to print a QR code as proof. Participants discuss the online nature of learning and preparation but clarify that the actual test must still be completed at the DLT office.
