No, no problem.

You get your extension for stay 12 months; you could also stay only 1 day, but need back to do the next extension (need to fulfill financial requirements).

Within 24h of your return you (your landlord) has to submit Γ  TM30.

Your next 90 report is due the date you enter ThaΓ―land (see your stamp in passeport).

90 days means: first day is arriving date!

I saw 3 different cases:

-Maximum 60 day to stay

-Extension possible once

-Extension possible only for emergency cases.

You submit your extension have to fulfill the requirements: 2months before 800k, 3 months after 800k and then no less than 400k.

You will change in a another requirement, you have to honor the first extention.
