Had submit online today my first 90 day report in Phuket (enter with a non O-A visa).

6 hours after submitting, I got the confirmation.

That's great.. Sometimes the first 90 day report onlline goes thru and sometimes it gets rejected and they say you have to file in person..

I can't understand the reason why some go thru and some don't

From what I can gather it’s linked to the TM30 data. If the address filed matches the TM30 filing then a first report should be accepted. Each 90 day report is routed to the office (province) that would handle it so not all instances will be the same. If the officer deems it’s ok then they’ll approve. Coin toss in many cases I guess.
