I have done yesterday my first 1 year extension on my non O-A eVisa in Phuket.

They ask for a picture from me in front of my location and a print-out of Google-Map with GPS data. The renting-contract was not needed.

The officer told me, that I need to show each year a copie of my initial eVisa and said to put a small amount above 800k on my fixed account.

Question: the next 90 day reports starts as from yesterday or from my last 90 day report?

Thanks and happy to have get my year extension and a multy-entry permit. All was done in 2h and pick-up my passeport today afternoon. Great service🙏

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully obtained a one-year extension on their Non-OA eVisa in Phuket and is inquiring about when the next 90-day reporting period begins. Responses indicate that the 90-day reporting continues from the most recent due date unless a new 90-day notification slip is provided by Thai immigration.

I am surprised about the bt 800k. An O-A requires health insurance with a designated insurance company, not bt. 800k.

OA extensions in country DO require you meet the financial requirements and the OP was using banked money method in a fixed account to do so

understood & thks but’s no longer an “A” in that case, right?

nope still an A, they're just yearly extensions ON the OA

and that's the reason why the officer told me to show each year my initial eVisa non O-A.

Will do 25 copies and I am safe for 26 years 🙏🥳

@Wolf *****
right because your yearly extensions are tied to that original OA visa 🙂

800k was ok.

It was only an advice to avoid to be under 800k if per accident some baths are taken by my bank.

As an aside “retirement” visas/extensions are handled in room 103. This has recently moved from its previous “cramped” office to a new location and now offers an air conditioned waiting area.

For those that knew the old 103 it’s across the “roadway” from the old 103. For those that don’t there is a massive sign above the door showing “103”. Drive in to the car park of Phuket Town immigration and it’s right in front of you to the right.

Thanks for your helpful report ☺️

Glad you are NOW set for another year in Thailand.

The 90 day report continues FROM your the most RECENT due date...

UNLESS Thai Immigration placed in your passport a New 90 day notification slip.

Members please note that this was done with the Phuket town Thai Immigration office

And he was extending his OA based retirement extension.

Phuket Town central immigration, not Patong. Not sure if you can do the year extension in Patong.

In Phuket Town you need to go to room 103 (was first wrong for tourist extension and lost 30 minutes 🤪)

You can only get long term extensions at the main Phuket Town office. Patong and Blue Tree offices cater for short term extensions and things like 90 day reports or TM30 submissions.
