I am on the same schedule. But, I trade for a living so I have more flexibility. So I work from 8-10:30. Go out and have some fun. Return and work 1-3. Sleep around 4ish to 12. Wake up, workout, do my stuff. Go back to sleep and wake up around 6pm and refreshed up.

if you can't really take your money with you then wouldn't it be better than to use the money to party it up instead of dumping it on a house. You can't take the house with you but those memories of you partying it up will go to the grave with you.

Hold your horses there buddy. Your wife owns the land and if you choose to build the house on it then she will thank you for it. As for the visa, you will always have to renew it depending on which type. But to really answer your question, you will waste money building something that will never be yours.
