The Chinese always find a way and ruin it for everyone. They are the only race that can out Jew and Jew and be as cheap as the Indians. Just FYI, I am Chinese origin so I cannot be racist against my own people. Lol

The US embassy is going to see you as having the baby in the US. It's not you, it's that everyone is trying to do it. You can do it like the rich Chinese. They fly on on private jet into the US and have their baby on US soil. My people always find a way around things.

you have a visa stamp on your passport that shows the expiration. The school is supposed to take a photocopy of it and record the date. You're suppose to tell the school a week or 2 before the stamp expiration and tell them to give you the extension paperwork. If your school doesn't do that then they don't know what they are doing. From now on, know your dates and confirm it with your school. Every extension requires you to get paperwork from your school.

okay, your ed visa school sucks. I went to Duke in Bangkok and they were on top of all my dates. Everytime I extend my visa, they give me a whole package of everything I need. So you dropped the ball for relaying on your school or you went to a scam school that doesn't require you to attend class. You need to talk to your school again and ask them for what you need. You just don't show up to immigration without extension paperwork. So only blame yourself for not double checking with your school.

I'm not going to kick you while you are down. But you did this to yourself. You should know what visa you are on and make sure you have all your stuff in order. The Thais don't care about you, they just want your money. So, I hope you learned your lesson.

You get a couple of agents to show you the condos. If you like one of them, then ask for 10-20$ off. The Thais always ask for the highest price knowing you will negotiate down.
