What should I do if my student visa application might be denied after reapplying?

Okay, so I applied for a student visa and I had to leave the country for a family emergency. The language school emailed me and said I was approved after I came back into Thailand. Of course, I told them that I left and they told me that I have to start the student visa process all over again. I am a dumbass, I should have asked them. So I paid the 2000 baht to reapply. But this time, the education ministry might not give me an approval. Please let me know what you think and I might have to have a plan B to stay in the country if I do not get approved. Thank you in advance.

Guys thanks for the input. So I came in on March on 45 day exempt. left last week and came on on the 60 day tourist visa. I'm planning to do one 30 extension and hopefully my student visa would get approved. If not, then I would have to do the Elite visa. I honestly, just need to fly out once and fly in and hopefully get a 30 day exempt on my third air entry. DO YOU GUYS THINK THEY WOULD ALLOW ME IN ON A 30 DAY EXEMPT ON MY 3RD AIR ENTRY IN THIS CALENDAR YEAR. I just need the last 60 days for my Elite visa to kick in as my plan B. Thanks for the feedbacks.

maybe yes. Maybe no. If you want to be 100% sure you'll be let back in either contact a border bounce agency that will drive you to the border and get you a new stamp and make sure everything goes according to plan, or contact a VIP airport entry service who will walk you to immigration after you get off the plane and make sure everything goes okay.

offer the VIP airport entry so if you are interested you can contact them, give them your entry history, and they will give you a price.

Hey I did this for nearly a year with four extensions and trips in an out. Only takes one over zealous immigration officer and I was allowed in but told in no certain terms get the right visa if I plan to live in Thailand! Technically I work in Singapore and have residence status there,

Extend your visa free entry then fly to Singapore for the weekend and come back. Repeat as necessary

you've been muted for 3 days for giving incorrect information and arguing about it. Your information is outdated and incorrect and can easily get someone in trouble.

hi, I came here on a tourist visa on april 13th and it will last me until June, and let's say I extend one month until july. Do you think I can fly in and out 3 times?
Brandon ************
@Us ****
probably not. By the 3rd time you return they're going to pull you out of line and question you. Likely warn you not to try it again without a long term visa. If they're in a bad mood they might deny entry that time.

@Brandon ***********
already here on a tourist visa. Why would they question that?
Brandon ************
@Bonnie ******
because a tourist doesn't spend 6 months inside of a country
Bonnie *******
@Brandon ***********
the tourist visa is already "the right way" instead of coming in visa free
Brandon ************
@Bonnie ******
many people are already being denied tourist visas or being denied entry even with a tourist visa for spending so much time in Thailand. As I said a tourist does not spend 6 months in a country. After the 2nd time you'll likely be interrogated for at least an hour at the airport and if not denied entry will be told this is the last time.

there isn't really a set number but it's already the middle of the year so if you come in extend and fly out you should be OK at least for this year unless they change the rules again.

Doubtful. He can do what you suggest maybe twice before questions start getting asked.

There isn't really a plan B. If the MoE decides you cannot get an education visa, you'll probably be returning home soon.

Unless you are ready to pay 600,000 baht for an elite visa, there are very few options for anyone under 50 to stay in Thailand long term.
