it's easier to navigate a broken system than a righteous one. There is a reason why Thailand is the coup capital of the world. From the politicians down to the visa agents, the whole system is broken and corrupted by greed. I trust the devil I know and that is the reason why I love this country.

I am semi retired in my late 30s and not have to worry about money again. I have been here for 2 years and know how to play the game. This country is broken and you definitely "have issues" if you want to be a citizen of Thailand.

Asians are hella racist. The Thais look down on the Laos, Cambodians, and Myanmar people. They also don't like Indian people from India and those Africans from Africa that try to sell you stuff on the street. They hate the Chinese but respect their money.

good luck, I am semi retired in my late 30s. I have been here for 2 years and see people just take the easy way out of life. I just want everyone to make sure they don't have to work hard the 2nd half of their life because they put their career on hold.

you only get 2 border runs in a calendar year and they are going to deny you soon. Also, if you don't have 500k, you need to go back and make some money. There is something call a career. Take care of it before you have your cake. Thailand is not a place to be without money.
