hey - I'm heading to Bangkok Aug 30th - I'm on Duke Language Schools website and I'm reading through the application / visa process to better understand what I will have to do to get my ED visa. It says I need to sign every page! After doing so they want me to send a copy of it to the school (that's fine). However, I can't help but think signing all the pages might cause problems upon arrival. in addition to this info, I have a strong feeling signing each page is like signing the back of a credit card or a check which is just an indication of authenticity and mitigate any fraudulent use...is this correct? can I sign every page - arrive in the country and be ok to continue to receive additional stamps in the future?
(FYI Searched previous discussions but didn’t find it discussed) Upon moving to Bangkok, I would like to take in-person Thai language classes. I’ve studied with a tutor these past 2 years— and am learning how to read Thai. 📖 What language schools would you recommend?!
Note: I know studying the language won’t get yah a visa.
Hello! Can you recommend a good Thai language school in Bangkok that does courses for 3-4 months and also provides ED visa?
I'm looking for small group classes (intermediate level probably) and I genuinely want to study, I'm not looking for a way to get visa only. I would like to start by the middle/end of February.
I'm looking for a language School ( Thai ) Can provide me with ED Visa ( 12 months) Any recommendations, I'm in Udon Thani now but i can come anywhere.
Planning to live in Thailand for a whole year on a ED visa, starting from August - September. As I’m not an english native speaker, I would like to enroll in English classes.
During my language stay in Canada, I chose the language center of the University of Vancouver instead of the usual language centers because the courses seemed to be of better quality. Does anyone know if this alternative exists in Thailand?
Otherwise, any particular school to recommend? I’m looking for a light program, preferably 2x4h/week.
