Treaty of Amity : if you use the treaty of Amity to open a TikTok Shop agency, does the law against doing online commerce selling not apply in this case?

The wording of the Treaty of Amity is confusing. It says it removes standard restrictions on foreign nationals minus in the 4 prohibited categories.

None of those categories are e-commerce or influencer marketing related.

Basically we want to open a talent agency in partnership with TikTok Thailand (MCN) and I've already got the connects.

And can I sponsor my own work permit with the agency?

I won't need a Thai partner according to the treaty

Is there any visa agent that could help me with my husband's visa run?(He's from the US)

We have a situation which he can't leave Thailand for too long. (About to open a business and I need him to stay helping me a bit here)

He went to the Pong Nam Ron boarder (Cambodia) about 2 months ago, came back in with visa on arrival. We already extended 30 days extension and another 60 days extension with a spousal visa.

We already have the marriage certificate but no marriage visa as of yet. He overstayed 1 day just cause some document errors on our end, and we were told my ghe immiration officer that we can not overstay if we were to request for the non-o visa for marriage visa later 🥲 So we think the Visa Run is our last option for this situation.

Hi all .. I have a friend he holds the American nationality and he wants to come to Thailand and open a company, where we can find the requirements that he needs to establish the company and can he put non Thailand citizens in the company and make for them a work permit visa as employees?

Advice needed. I am 56 and working 1 more year for government Michigan, USA. Been to Thailand 3 months of the last year. Made up my mind to move to Thailand, start a small business and move there permanently. Upon research, I cannot obtain a retirement visa and own a business. If I am reading correctly my best option to live and make money in Thailand is to obtain a work visa and a work permit? Please any advice on obtaining a visa to own, operate a business and live permanently in Thailand? Also any good Thailand law firms that would be good references?
