hello guys, i have 200.000 THB to invest in any hostel in Thailand, preferably a party hostel, to become a shareholder, i also wanna work in the hostel to contribute to the business even more since I know how they operate + previous work experience + i am a hard-worker person.

I can get more (up to 3000.000 THB) in case there is a good project. I know the money I am speaking about is not so competitive, but, how can I find the hostel to invest in?

I'm considering spending down the 800k I have in the bank and paying an agent to renew each year. I should be able to make 100k or more from investments and the agent should only cost around 20 to 25k.

What do people consider as the downsides to this approach?
