Dear Sirs,

I have been working for Thai company for 8 years, with renewal of work permit and non Imm B visa annually on 21st April.

This year, on 21st of April, my contract with current company finishes, and I start new contract with new Thai company on the same day, so 21st April.

Please can you advise me for the process for change work permit and non Imm B visa over to the new company, and the time scale to start the process of application. I assume I need to renew both work permit and visa on the same day ?

Can't have a year visa non B without being director or share holder of the company you work? Apparently I missed out the latest change of rules send home with only 3 month. How to be informed by email on rule change? In Thai and English.?
