This is a HUGE improvement! Last month you had to cue starting at midnight. If you got there after 5 am you wouldn't get seen that day. Here were fist fights in the lot over places in line. People hired line sitters.

i am not familiar with Bangkok Universities. I would suggest you look international rankings. Vastly cheaper than USA.

when we got our original retirement Visa in the US we were dependjng on the rental income from our home. We took the lease in. And the LA Thai consulate approved it.

We are talking the thai embassy. Totally different kettle of fish. They are very leery of people who are unemployed and looking to come to thailand. Too often they end up in hospital on the thai dime.
