What documents do you need for a re-entry permit in Thailand?

Re-entry permits at CNX this AM. 30 minutes for 2 of us. Here is current list of documents required. Second 1 is the same as the first.

To summarize TM 18

Copy of passport personal information form page

Copy of thai visa

Copy of extension of stay

Copy of departure card - if lost dont worry they will give you a new one

TM 18must have 4x6cm photo

Copy of TM 30. This is new since I flew in June.

Best advice? Be prepared and arrive a MINIMUM of 2 hours early. If there had been others we could have ended up missing our flight.

You can get re-entry at immigration but prefer not to have my toes molested.
