Speaking of Bank accounts does my account in Bangkok Bank in New York count as a thai bank?

I tried this with Bangkok bank in London , they said No. ( USA may be different mind )

I didn't think that Bangkok Bank in the US provided standard bank accounts? Regardless it has to be an account in Thailand.

I transfer money free to Bangkok bank in New York, but I use my account number here and it’s automatically in my account but I’m guessing you need a bank account number from here
