DTV visa has a spouse one, I have soft power option and my husband has the spouse one attached to mine

Since every embassy switched to e-visa, I haven't heard of a single one willing to sell a trailing spouse visa for another one that applied for non-O. But some will still sell a trailing spouse visa if the primary spouse gets a non-OA.
