No issues at all you can come and go ( plane ) as much as you like .. you Might, ‘ might’ be asked to show finances

I honestly don’t think it matters .. in my case ( and I’m going back 7-8 years ) my other half , we came and went as we pleased ..and that was on a Uk settlement visa at the time …

You don’t need to use those forms . I assume you are attempting to obtain an O-A non visa ? … go to Gov.Uk criminal record check … I think it cost about £60 ..

I think he knows that , but as he explained.. he’s Italian license is not in English so he couldn’t use it and had to take a much more longer different test .
