My wife is on a settlement visa for the uk , it’s a five year route to settle in the uk . Does anyone know if she is allowed 180 days or 90 days out of the uk in any 12 month period ?

I honestly don’t think it matters .. in my case ( and I’m going back 7-8 years ) my other half , we came and went as we pleased ..and that was on a Uk settlement visa at the time …

I have checked the embassy website , it says 180 days allowed out of the uk in 12 months. A Thai visa company in London says 90 days . So who knows ?
