Feel a bit silly having to ask this question considering I’ve done it twice before already .

My yearly extension ( 0-A non based on retirement )

Is due Oct 12th

Firstly what’s the earliest I can apply , and would that effect the start date , and I can’t recall , although I thought I wrote down , list of requirements

Bank statement having 800k , been there 3months + ✅

Letter from bank , certificate ✅

Passport ✅

Filled out TM ? Form ?

Proof of address , contract if rent ?

Anything else ?

Plus if I want multi entry , I need to wait 24 hours after to apply is my understanding in my local immigration ( Jontiem )

Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking guidance on renewing their yearly extension for a Non-0A retirement visa, which is due on October 12. They want to know the earliest they can apply and if it will affect the start date. Additionally, they are compiling a list of requirements such as bank statements, a letter from the bank, the TM7 form, proof of address, and whether they need to wait 24 hours to apply for a multi-entry visa after the extension is granted.

ALL yearly extensions of stays are ADDED to the expiration date of your current stamp so you lose no time by going early.

You apply for a new Extension of Stay based on being over 50 years old. The form is the TM7 form. I miss the passport pictures, not sure about Jomtien but many offices ask for a map of the house and area. As soon as the Extension of Stay is inside your passport you can apply for the re-entry permit.

Most Immigration Offices you can apply between 30 days till the last day of permitted up to in your passport. You will not loose days as the Extension of Stay is added on your current stay.
