Bitte kontrollieren Sie nach Erhalt des Reisepasses die Richtigkeit der Gültigkeit des Visums.

Bitte beachten bei der Einreise am Flughafen in Thailand das Datum der Einreise und der Ausreise, die das Immigration Office in den Reisepass eingetragen hat und kontrollieren Sie die Richtigkeit der genehmigten Aufenthaltsdauer und wenden sich bei Irrtum sofort an die Immigrationsbeamten. Illegale Einreisen und verspätete Ausreisen sind strafbar und können mit Geldstrafe und Freiheitsentzug geahndet werden.

Anmerkung zum Visasticker:

Das Datum bei „enter before“(auf deutsch: Einreise vor dem ..) hat die Bedeutung, dass die Einreise nach Thailand vor diesem Zeitpunkt stattfinden muss. Erst bei Einreise erhalten Sie den genehmigten Aufenthalt je nach Art des Visums in den Reisepass eingetragen. ///

Please check the validity of the visa after receiving your passport.

Sorry David the law says : (6) In the case of marriage to a Thai woman, the alien husband must earn an average annual income of no less than Baht 40,000 per month or must have no less than Baht 400,000 in a bank account in Thailand for the past two months to cover expenses for one year.

Or means you can combine. IMO

Every 15 month in Savannakhet to get my new Non - Immigrant - Visa based on marriage.

I always use my Marriage certificate from Germany, Translated by a legal translation office and certificated by the German Embassy in Bangok ( 21 years ago ) never had a problem.
