FYI: I just dropped off my documents this morning at the Thai consulate in Vientiane and the staff told me to come back Monday (December 11th) to pick them up. Also, they still had signs to indicate they were closed Dec 4 and 5, but no mention of Dec 11.

It's Tuesday 12 December. For sure it's opened.

For Monday 11 December, that should be closed.

If you check their calendar it says nothing about closed. That was the reason why I asked them .And Royal Thai Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, opened.
