Tod Daniels now again a question about the Mutiple Entry Visa based on Marriage to a Thai from Savannakhet. I know that you can make it to 15 monthe whe you leave/ cross the border 1 day ot the day of the expire date of your visa (enter before12 juli 2017) done and get the stamp admitted until 2nd Oct 2017. You mentioned in an earlier post ( if a proper remember ) that you can extend these again at the local Immigration for 30 days more twice. Please what are the requirements for this extension of stay.?

, glad that worked out for you. BUT remember when you need to border bounce next to get another 90 day stamp you take BOTH passports with you because the valid Non-O multi-entry visa is in the old passport. You'll show that when you stamp out and in to the country and they'll stamp you out and in on the new passport.

Just back from the Sisaket Immigration, They were very friendly and helpful. First, my visa stamp was noted in the new passport and then without big problem an extension of stay of 60 days is based that I am married with a Thai woman. Requirement was: 1 photo

1 Copy of my wife ID

1 Copy of my wife's housebook

1 Copy of our marriage certificate (We do not have a Thai marriage certificate, only our German with certified translation)

No 10 minutes work and 1900 Baht

, the visa will not be transferred only the stamp, means when you do a border bounce you need to take both passport with you.
