Hey guys. I have a 1 yr O-A visa. Before it expires, what options do I have? Can I extend 1 year without going thru the application process again? Can I apply for the 10 year visa provided I have the funds in an an account?

Today I got approved for the 10 year LTR work remote visa. It’s taken 3 months but I feel well worth it. Part of the long time was document issues on my end. it’s a lot of documents the right documents etc. And it’s not cheap but compared to Elite Visa it’s very cheap. The best part is no 90 reporting - amazing. Better than elite.

hello , i am now settled in udon with my dutch wife , and i can get a one year visa here at the immigration service ! we would actually like a 10 year visa, but that lady said it was difficult! but said earns the year visa, and 10 years probably goes another way! and is not interesting to her, I don't believe her! we are both retired! could someone tell me what the path is and what we have to hand in on papers and what the costs are? I'm a digital nomad who's interested in applying for the 10 year LTR.

I can prove 40k/yr for the last two years, but I guess my main question would be proving the intellectual property requirement.

I do video creation ( YT / Twitch ) and am wondering if the application would get kicked back since in my opinion my line of work is still in a bit of a grey area.

Any recommendations on how to go about applying for the 10 year LTR?

Curious if anyone out there has 'submitted documentation and get qualification certificates' for this upcoming visa program yet??

Hi would anyone recommend using an agency to get the O/A visa? Once in Thailand, or is it better to get overseas before entering? Is it easy to get the 1 year visa inside Thailand? Also any thoughts on the elite visa for 10 years? Is it worth paying out 800,000 Thai baht for this? Thanks in advance

G’day. In relation to financial requirements for the issuing of a ten year visa.....specifically monthly income. There seems to be no indication as to whether net or gross income for the 100,000 THB per month is taken into account. Does anyone know. Thanks.
