Took me 10 minutes at Bangkok Bank Chanthaburi, Visa card, m-banking and i-banking incl.. Just need Passport and rental contract (address).

 THB 800k on Thai bank account for at least 2 month, registration sheet, landlords rental contract, copy passport, completed application form with pic, THB 800.000 has to come from abroad

Very easy, just follow Benjamins instructions. I did the same recentlly in Chanthaburi. It just took 10 minutes and Passport pickup was next day
