 I applied on wed, asked me for other required documents in the next day. Now I am Pending Approval. I guess you will get faster than I do.

 All three words in one field and keep blank in first name and last name. They didn't question about my name.

They ask me for additional documents. I have resubmitted via their website. Hope it will work.
