What are the options for obtaining a DTV visa from Ko Pha Ngan, Thailand, and which nearby countries are best to visit for this process?

Editing the post. I am on the island of Ko Pha Ngan in Thailand and I want to do the DTV visa. The closest countries I have seen are Burma, Vietnam and Laos. The question is if anyone has been to one of these countries successfully and can help me understand how to get there.

Hi Visa of a company owner who works remotely. The closest to Koh Phangan I saw was Burma but I don't think you can submit the visa there.

I would appreciate a factual answer

P.S.: A search in this group shows factual results about Myanmar (and many other countries) too.

P.P.S.: Cheaper is Laos, they charge exactly 10,000 Baht (in THB). No need to get USD in "pristine" condition.
