 I'm in Suphan Buri so Vientiane is only another hour each way from here. Probably safer too.🤣

 I saw that also. I should probably make another arrangement to be safe. I have a car and we were going to drive there and walk across. I'm actually only an hour and a half from the Myanmar border, but that's closed too.🥲

This only applies to Farangs. Thai citizens still have freedom from this western oppression. If you can afford to visit Thailand, you can afford these fines.
