TLDR : Answer Summary
Finding marketing management jobs in Bangkok can be challenging for foreigners, as many positions are reserved for Thai nationals. It's essential to understand the regulations surrounding work permits, which typically require companies to hire multiple Thais for every foreign employee. Proficiency in Thai is highly advantageous, particularly for roles in local companies, yet opportunities may exist at international firms that seek English-speaking candidates. Recommended strategies include using job search websites, checking company websites directly, and networking within the industry. Being proactive and willing to invest effort in your job search is crucial.

Marketing management jobs in English are likely to be few, probably for International companies only. Search online there a few websites worth checking. This is not a Thai protected role.

many kind of jobs are reserved for Thais. An over-the-thumb-rule is: A foreigner cannot get a work permit for a job a Thai theoretically can do as well. And a company who hires you, must employ 2 or 4 (depends) Thais per one foreigner they employ
