I actually have a Bangkok Bank account which is now apparently useless for what you are saying. I've been advised here and by various agents that the easiest is to exit Thailand and apply from outside

maybe they made a mistake. They are also asking for health insurance with all kinds of minimums. I have extensive travel insurance. I understood i didn't need international health insurance for the non O
