I'm going the 65k income route. No 2 month wait. Apparently can be a headache with immigration though. Depends. I dont want ifs. Even with the letter from my embassy. I'll support the lovely agent who was recommended. She's been wonderful support already.

shucks. How can they be so difficult and unlike other countries.its crazy. I feel like they dont look at the docs I send them. And Thailand wants long stay foreigners spending money in Thailand. So why be so anal about a non O. Makes no sense. And it's also strange because Malaysians are super customer oriented. They are being distinctly obtuse and wanting things that arent essential.

thank you. Then I think ill head back to Thailand. Because the evisa application is a joke. They are sending me emails requesting the same things over and over but they refuse to reply to my emails asking why certain things are being asked for many times or at all.im actually speechless.

so are you saying that even if i got my non O evisa here in Malaysia I still need to get that letter from my embassy in order to get the 1 yr extension?
