TLDR : Answer Summary
The user submitted their 90-day notification online on November 11, which is due on November 14, but has not yet received approval and is concerned since it is past the due date. Community members suggest waiting a short while longer as approvals can take time but also recommend visiting immigration if the approval is not received soon. Some noted that there's a grace period allowing for in-person reporting without a fine, and one user shared that they eventually received their approval after the due date.

Just an update for anyone waiting for approval on 90day report after their due date mine was approved on the last day of the 7day grace period its the first time it took so long to be approved 9days. And thanks for all your help with the replies guys.
It's happened to me a couple of times. I've always sat it out and always got the Approval, even after the due date. If you're worried, and it's convenient, go to Immigration, but the worst that can happen is you're fined 2,000 baht next time you have to go there. I bet it comes!
You have until 7 days after the due date to report in person without a fine. If it's not accepted in the next day or two you should cancel your online submission and go in person
