Answer summary
Travelers to Thailand via Qatar Airways are advised to download the MorChana app after check-in. This app may be required by hotels and is used for monitoring health status and activities during the stay. Some users have reported that their hotels assisted them in setting up the app, which tracks their COVID-19 test results and health risk status.

They’re probably referring to the MorChana app. Your hotel may require you to have it. Many don’t bother these days.

has anyone had much joy with the app. I have it on the phone but it doesn't seem to do a lot. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong.Stuart *********

I don’t have the app or have tried to use it. I just see posts here from people who have. Seems completely hit and missSteve *******

that’s probably the same thing too. Download the app. It won’t work outside of Thailand, and you’ll find it a coin toss as to whether it will work inside. Most don’t bother with it now because it’s so buggy.Activity
