That’s why I suggested to be careful and not drive until he knows how his body reacts. Not everyone get same reaction. And yes I have seen people do crazy things when combined with alcohol. But not from 50mg…..

Ask for tramadol, most pharmacies have it in stock but it’s a controlled substance so they might want to see your passport. Sometimes they only have the paracetamol/tramadol mix and that’s usually more expensive. It’s a good idea to go ask a few, different prices everywhere. I have paid from 40-100 bath for 10 tablets, 50mg. My normal dose is 1 tramadol and 2 paracetamol. Don’t drive until you know how your body reacts, and be careful when drinking…..I have been using this for on and off for 25 years.

Why not try to go through immigration with your damaged passport first? If you get it stamped you can transfer them to a new passport in Thailand
