Bangkok Bank is the only one you can be sure all will show transfer internationally without problems, other banks sometimes record one or two transactions as domestic and then you have to jump through lots of hoops to get the proof.

you only get stamped in for the length of the insurance coverage at the airport on arrival. If you can extend your insurance do so.

You will need a full year health insurance to be stamped in for another 1 year, otherwise you will only be stamped in until the expiry of your insurance.

I've used 2 year old photos with no problems at all, same reason as you.

You won't have any problems with 1 year old photos, so long as your hair etc is basically the same in person.

if the landlord fails to do it you can't get any extension or service until the fine is paid, which means you pay it.

I always lodge TM30 myself as the tenant, always accepted and never fined.
