I'm on a Non B Visa since 2019, I changed my address last weekend. When I went to immigration the officer told me no need to change, the landlord will do you only need to update your address next time you have to do it, and that's in april?

Not sure of that...can some confirm me that? Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the necessity of updating their address with immigration after changing their residence while on a Non B Visa. An immigration officer advised that the landlord would handle the update, and the user seeks confirmation about this process, particularly the timeline for subsequent address updates.

When you move, your landlord needs to submit a TM30 no later then 24 business hours after arriving at a location.

if the landlord fails to do it you can't get any extension or service until the fine is paid, which means you pay it.

I always lodge TM30 myself as the tenant, always accepted and never fined.

I always had in mind that both of us have 24 h to register, especially when I'm here more than 90 days...

The 90 day report is connected to your visa and the immigration office. You'd continue doing the 90 day report as normal.
