given I asked a close friend who works at immigration, who I've known for years, I put full weight behind what they told me. They always check before they give me any advice, not out of their arse.
You believe what you want, but don't go telling people it has NOT been implemented otherwise you will make them unprepared.
yes but that does not mean it has not been implemented, just the enforcement is not consistent as yet - which is always a problem. Does not make my specific advice worthless.
appreciate that, that's why I specifically referenced Jomtien, but for Tod to say it has not been implemented yet is plainly wrong too. It has been implemented, just not consistently enforced as yet.
it has been implemented, it is a requirement already advertised on Embassy websites, and on the advice at Jomtien. To say this is not worth anything is belittling, silly man and unworthy of you.
not what I was td by Jomtien immigration this week, they advised 3 mil insurance is required for 1 year OA extension. Not sure why you would say it is not required.
respectfully don't need to ask Tod, I asked immigration directly about this guy as he messaged me yesterday... and they confirmed specifically in this matter he would have no fine and no problems if he goes Monday. So all sorted for him.
