What should I do about my TM30 submission while in quarantine after recovering from COVID-19 in Thailand?

I came back into Thailand on April 12th..on a re-entry permit of A Non imm. O-A. During Quarantine I tested Covid -19 Positive and wound up in Hospital ( glad to have good short term insurance) and recovered..got back home ( Udonthani) early this morning ,Saturday, but have to do T.M. 30 when Immigration opens up..it will be for the address I was at before I left in March.

The problem is I'm supposed to stay in quarantine at home for 14 days...

Any suggestions?

You got a couple of options:

1. Someone else can submit the TM30 for you; like your wife or whoever owns the property.

2. You can use one of the following applications to submit the TM30:
