Yes, actually I plan to apply non-OA as first choice. However, I get the application form from local Thai consulate and there is a field request for "Guarantor in Thailand" which requires name, phone number and address of the person. Moreover, there is also request for long term accommodation address(may be need to cover one year). I don't have any friends or relatives in Thailand so that it seems I can't proceed for non-OA. Then I changed to non-O 90 days in order to open bank account after entering Thailand..

Hello David, can your friend finally find helpful agent ? I'm also from Hong Kong and also face same problem of finding agent for retirement visa. If your friend success find one, then could you please send me the contact. Thanks

But I only able to open bank account to make deposit after entering Thailand. I won't have bank statement at the immigration.

I can only apply non-O retirement visa inside Thailand, not available at my home country.

OK, understood. Thank you very much. One more question is that I won't buy return ticket as I plan to get retirement visa. Therefore, in case the immigration officier ask for return ticket, can I explain to him I'm going to apply for retirement visa ?
